Why is there so few resources developed for Engineering?

The implementation of the revised Engineering Technology syllabus was put on hold in 2007 by the Department of Education & Science and is still awaiting the green light to proceed. There are limited resources available for the subject which can be found under the Engineering Technology menu on the left of the screen. These are resources which were developed for other subjects or supplied to us by teachers. If you have any resources which you have developed for your own use and would like to share with your colleagues please send them to us and we will happy to place them on our web site. You will be credited with supplying the resources and retain copyright of the material.

What new equipment will be required fro the new Engineering Technology Syllabus?

As the subject is awaiting implementation there is no official equipment list available for the subject. The current equipment list for Engineering is available from the following links and is also available to download from the DES website.
